- ZENOS
- Skool communities
- Digital products, training, consulting, coaching, and done-for-you services
By accessing, purchasing, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility & Access
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to access or use our Services.
If you are under eighteen (18), you are prohibited from accessing our websites or Services for any reason.
Accordingly, no information collected falls under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We reserve the right to refuse access, suspend, or terminate Services at any time, without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated or information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
2. Accuracy of Information
You agree that all information you provide is true, current, complete, and accurate.
If we believe information provided is incorrect or misleading, we may terminate or restrict access without notice.
3. Use of Services & Restrictions
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and as expressly permitted by these Terms.

- Hyperlink in a manner that implies endorsement
- Use our content for commercial resale
- Reverse-engineer systems, automations, or software
- Share access credentials
Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination and legal action.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, frameworks, templates, videos, branding, trademarks, logos, service marks, and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to THE PM AGENCY LTD or its licensors.
No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, sublicense, or exploit any content without written permission.
5. Communications Consent
By submitting your information, creating an account, booking a call, completing a survey, purchasing Services, or otherwise engaging with any website, form, system, or platform operated by or connected to THE PM AGENCY LTD, you expressly consent to receive communications from us.
This consent includes, but is not limited to:
- Account notifications
- Transactional communications
- Marketing and promotional messages
- Sales, onboarding, and follow-up communications
- Customer support and service-related communications
Communications may be delivered via SMS, phone calls (live or automated), email, voicemail drops, AI-assisted calls, and other electronic or digital communication methods.
6. Do Not Disturb (DND) & Prior Opt-Out Waiver
You expressly acknowledge and agree that submitting your information constitutes explicit consent to be contacted by THE PM AGENCY LTD and its associated brands regardless of any Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations or prior unsubscribe actions, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
This consent remains valid unless and until you properly opt out of marketing communications in accordance with our procedures.
Transactional, operational, and account-related communications may continue even after marketing opt-out.
7. Consent Scope & Duration
Your consent applies to all current and future communications related to:
- THE PM AGENCY LTD
- Growth Systems
- GHL Growth Systems
- GoHighLevel Growth Systems
- Any successor, affiliate, or related entity
This consent remains in effect unless revoked in writing or via approved opt-out mechanisms, subject to applicable legal requirements.
8. Payments & Fees
All fees are due as stated at the time of purchase or in your applicable agreement. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis where applicable.
Failure to make payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without notice.
You are solely responsible for any third-party costs associated with your use of the Services, including but not limited to SMS fees, call charges, email usage, ad spend, or third-party software subscriptions.
9. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to revenue, leads, conversions, or business growth, unless explicitly stated in writing within a signed agreement that includes a defined ROI guarantee.
Any testimonials, examples, or case studies represent past results and do not constitute a promise of future performance.
10. Third-Party Platforms
Our Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms, including but not limited to GoHighLevel, Meta (Facebook), and AI service providers.
We are not responsible for outages, limitations, pricing changes, suspensions, or actions taken by any third-party provider.
11. No Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Failure to use the Services.
- Dissatisfaction with results.
- Forgetting to cancel a membership.
- Partial usage of a billing period.
All membership cancellations must be initiated by the client through the applicable platform or billing system.
THE PM AGENCY LTD cannot and will not cancel memberships on a client’s behalf.
Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle will result in charges being processed, with no exceptions or refunds.
12. GoHighLevel Sub-Account (Zenos) Ejection
Members enrolled in Premium, VIP, or any done-for-you services who are provided with a GoHighLevel sub-account (“Zenos”) under THE PM AGENCY LTD’s agency account may request an ejection of their sub-account.
Key conditions:
- Only ejection, not transfer, is permitted.
- A $100 USD ejection fee applies.
- The request must be submitted in writing.
- Ejection will only occur once all outstanding balances are paid.
THE PM AGENCY LTD makes no guarantees regarding data integrity, functionality, or configuration following ejection.
13. Submissions License
Any content, ideas, feedback, suggestions, or materials you submit grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, and distribute such submissions.
No confidentiality or compensation is owed.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
All Services and content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
Use of our Services is at your own risk.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, THE PM AGENCY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THE PM AGENCY LTD, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
15. User Conduct
You may not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, misleading, infringing, malicious, or otherwise objectionable.
We reserve the right to remove content and terminate access at our discretion.
16. Security & Enforcement
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
Attempts to compromise system security are strictly prohibited.
We may cooperate fully with law enforcement and disclose information when legally required.
17. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, United Kingdom. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
19. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
